“Acceptable” Attire at Textile Beaches?

For more than 8 years nudity has been strictly prohibited at the once clothing-optional Lighthouse Beach, however, the attire shown here is somehow completely acceptable. How ridiculous is this? NY needs its nude beaches back! How can we help?
