One Year Alcohol Free

This photo was taken a little over a year ago without any intention of it ever being shared online, however, it is significant for me in my personal journey as I had just begun exploring a life without alcohol and started sampling different non-alcoholic beers, like the Heineken 0.0 shown here. There were no expectations at the time, and honestly I still don't have any expectations or rigid rules to force myself to live by for the future, but I do know that I've now enjoyed a year of being alcohol-free for the first time since I was a teenager, and I feel like I'm in a better place both mentally and physically because of it.
