World Mental Health Day
On this World Mental Health Day, we would like to acknowledge naturism. In our combined experience on this planet, we've found nothing more capable of healing the various bouts of anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD, OCD, and body shame that one or both of us have grappled with over the years. Naturism has proved time and again to be such a wonderful boon to our mental health. By sharing our story, we hope to encourage others to find peace and freedom through naturism as well.
