I've been making time in the evenings after work to get naked in nature, even if only for a minute or two. It has been a great boon to my mental health. Last night I worked late and got to the bay around 10pm. It was pitch black and so peaceful; this is what my camera picked up.

This photo was taken a little over a year ago without any intention of it ever being shared online, however, it is significant for me in my personal journey as I had just begun exploring a life without alcohol and started sampling different non-alcoholic beers, like the Heineken 0.0 shown here. There were no expectations at the time, and honestly I still don't have any expectations or rigid rules to force myself to live by for the future, but I do know that I've now enjoyed a year of being alcohol-free for the first time since I was a teenager, and I feel like I'm in a better place both mentally and physically because of it. Here's to wishing you all the best no matter where you are at on your personal journeys. Cheers! 🍻
